The bill (Reg. No6262) suggests new version of the clause 164 of the Code on Administrative Infringements, pursuant to which, submitting of designedly false data for the state registration of the legal entities or individual persons - entrepreneurs or obtaining the license on certain type of the activity etc. entails the penalty from twenty to forty tax-exempt minimum.
